Forum Auctions, a brand new London Auction House specialising in works on paper, approached Auction Marketer to create a fully tailored Online Bidding Platform and Auction Marketing system for them integrated to the Evo-Auction back office using MS Dynamics NAV.

Auction Marketer prepared all of the branding, built out a holding site to allow the Forum team to establish a presence and worked to integrate to the new NAV ERP. The web site has been built to cater for three regions in two languages, the UK, USA and Italy.

Live Bidding was fully integrated into the solution using the GAP white label API from the-saleroom.com, the first integration of its kind in the world, and the Auction Marketer timed bidding solution is used for all online only sales with the new 'bid up' feature that gives bidders the feeling of being at a physical auction.

The site launched to great success with the inaugural sale generating over £1.2 million and subsequent sales have all performed well. Forum are now planning to expand into additional verticals including Numismatics, Jewellery, Watches and Wine.

Fellows Auctioneers are a long standing client and required a revamp of their already successful auction web site to encompass mobile responsive functionality and showcase the top notch photography that they produce.

Star Digital’s design team came up with a bold approach and presented it to the board at Fellows, who unanimously loved it. We knew that as a client this would be an agile development process. Fellows didn’t have a functional specification for the new site, only design and the experience of both parties having worked together for 10 years.

The website was awarded highly commended by the DADI awards panel in 2015.

Adam's Auctioneers in Dublin have been an Auction Marketer client since 2012.

Originally on the BidMaster platform they upgraded to the Evo-Auction MS Dynamics NAV system in 2015.

Auction Marketer has been with them all of the way, and the migration from BidMaster back office to Dynamics NAV was fast and efficient.

The web site is custom built with a fully responsive, design to showcase the beautiful art that is core to Adam's. Custom work included the highly successful Art Directory that shows prospects an archive of sold works as well as any included in upcoming auctions.

Anderson and Garland Auctioneers established in 1840 are a leading provincial saleroom covering the North East of England, Scottish Borders and North Yorkshire.

They approached Auction Marketer to develop a digital marketing solution that would integrate to their ATG Bidmaster auction management system and provide them with an easy to use web CMS to help merchandise their Auctions.

The site needed a clean design and had to be fully mobile responsive. As Auction Marketer clients they make full use of the managed email marketing auction alerts to promote their sales and build strong commission bidding.

Bristol Commercial Valuers & Auctioneers have a 30 year history operating in the commercial auction space. Previously part of the TFAAG group they entered new ownership in 2014 and approached Auction Marketer to build an all new standalone web presence to promote their services.

BCVA use the Auction Marketer integration platform combined with the MS Dynamics Evo-Auction back office system providing a completely automated web platform from which to run their sales, delivering significant savings on manpower and cost.

The site has been a roaring success with the powerful commission bidding functions generating large amounts of bidding activity pre-sale. BCVA also use the Auction Marketer digital team to develop their SEO and run all of the email marketing campaigns which has raised awareness of their brand in the marketplace.

Sworder's is a market leading auctioneer specialising in fine art, antique auctions and country house sales. In 2008, they opened a new purpose-built, auction room with 21st century facilities.

Sworder's approached Auction Marketer to develop a world class digital marketing solution to help them compete effectively with other leading provincial Auctioneers.

Sworder's installed the MS Dynamics NAV auction back office system (Evo Auction) from EvoSoft at the same time as the new web site was built. The new site is fully responsive and has a complete integration and automation with MS Dynamics NAV.

Custom functionality includes the Sworder's Daily newsfeed, and Sworder's make use of the Auction Marketer timed online bidding software, most recently for a charity auction.

Mellors & Kirk, a longstanding Pact's client engaged Auction Marketer to provide a fully mobile responsive Auction web site that would enable them to display their catalogues directly from Pact's without having to change any of the Pact's data files.

They also wanted a facility for clients to create an account and place commission bids directly on the web site, capture all of their under bidder data, and post sale to make payments via a secure payment page.

The Auction Mailer product is also employed to profile user preferences, grow their database, deliver professional mobile responsive emails, and ensure ownership of their data.

Some custom functions were also specified and deployed such as the Directors News function that showcases owner Nigel Kirk's well informed and regular articles relating to the auction industry.

Ex-Bonhams furniture specialists, Guy Savill and Sally Stratton approached Auction Marketer to help them launch a high end Furniture Auctioneers in 2016.

The Auction Marketer team helped with branding and rollout of their inaugural auction web site to an extremely tight deadline.

Further developments include the build out of a dealer web site that will be purely e-commerce, showing that the new breed of Auctioneers understand digital and the importance of merging digital channels to maximise their market share.
