Ahead of the demo, a member of our client account management or client support team will be in touch to understand any specific business requirements such as API connectors or connectors to existing enterprise back office systems. We will then prepare a demo to cover the BidHarvest platform with a focus on your specific areas of interest, to ensure that the demo is properly relevant to your auction business.

The demo will conclude with further questions and a deeper dive into specific product features as required. We normally allow an hour for the initial demo call.

Following the demo, if the BidHarvest product is right for your business, we can move onto a short discovery phase where the team can provide accurate pricing, lead times, onboarding, training and ongoing running/support costs with you.

Our client support team will ensure that you have a full set of onboarding video guides for your build. This will cover all of the common tasks on the platform, as well as any specific customisations, should you have scoped them into your build.

Your video guides are stored in a specific Knowledge Base for your business, and accompanied by our Zendesk support system which allows you to search for answers to common queries or raise a ticket if you need further help.

Our client support team offer different types of training dependent on the configuration of the BidHarvest auction platform that you are using.

For timed online only and marketplace implementations, we provide documentation and a full knowledge base of 'how to' videos collated in a client specific area of our Zendesk support system.

‍

For clients using our full real-time audio/video implementations we offer on site training at our auction training facility in Northampton, where your auctioneers/clerks and admin team can run auctions on the software to get used to it before running a 'real' auction.

‍

If you want on site training at your location to run test auctions with your team using rooms, ramps, lanes or a mobile van, our team can help with the set up, testing and training of the system at your location.*

We have service level agreements (SLA's) that outline our response to issues based on the SLA level that your business has chosen. These are all outlined during the discovery phase and clients can migrate from lower levels through to enterprise level support as they grow.

If an issue arises that cannot be solved via the Knowledge Base it is created as a ticket and elevated to our technical support team. All tickets are triaged for severity, with high severity issues receiving urgent triage and resolution during working hours. Our SLA outlines clearly the levels of triage and your rights within the SLA contract.

It is very easy to raise a support ticket using our Zendesk support system and all non-urgent tickets are triaged and acknowledged within one hour during normal business hours.

We also provide all clients with a standard 'auction day support' service which means that any auctions you hold, timed online, marketplace or live AV, will be proactively monitored by our technical support team and if there are any issues they will reach out to the designated contacts in your business to agree a plan of action/resolution.

Yes, we can provide on site technical support for auction days, as well as on site live sale clerking and post auction admin support. We can also recommend independent auctioneers and spotters if required.

These services can be included as part of your contract, or requested on a per auction basis if reasonable notice is given.

There are a number of options for pricing to make it as flexible and accessible as possible.

All implementations incur a set up fee that starts from £2,500 + VAT based on project discovery. You can then choose from the following ongoing platform fees.

‍

• Contracted - a set monthly fee is paid for the full use of the product to include auctions, licensing, hosting and support all in one package, making budgeting easy. Generally the best value with discounts for longer term contracts.
• Pay as You Go - a fixed monthly fee for the platform licensing, hosting and support and a per auction event fee. Better value for clients that do not hold many auctions and want to avoid charging bidders extra fees..
• Hammer Fee - a monthly retained fee for the platform, plus a per auction listing fee and a per item sold on BidHarvest hammer % fee. The fee can be passed on to buyers if required and is negotiable on volume/hammer prices.
• Item Sold Fee - a monthly retained fee for the platform plus a fixed fee per item sold, negotiable on volume but subject to a monthly minimum fee.

Contracted fees are pid by GoCardless and all other fees are settled via Stripe auto payments.
